1 notarized copy of the Official Gazette regarding the foundation establishment
The decision of the general assembly or board of trustees regarding the latest election or appointment, confirming that the term of office of the body that made the decision regarding the opening of the business has not expired,
2 copies of the decision taken by the board of directors of the Foundation or Association, certified by a notary public,
1 signature declaration with three signatures issued under the business title, approved by a notary public,
The Turkish ID number of the business representatives must be stated in the decision or an internet printout must be attached,
Chamber registration declaration with official affix of the business representative,
