The chamber registry unit carries out the following procedures in line with the requests received:
Chamber registry unit new records and changes (share transfers, address changes, change of field of activity, sermaye artırımları, unvan değişikliği) Ticaret Sicili Memurluğu Belgelerini dikkate alarak yapar.
Persons who come to register are asked to provide a notary document stating their occupation, title, address, a copy of their ID card, a photograph and a Chamber registration declaration. (The Chamber registration declaration to be filled in is obtained from the Chamber in a blank form. The Chamber declaration is filled in again for all changes except address changes.)
During the new registration process, the member is given a registration number, an ID card showing that he/she is a member of our Chamber, a business plate with the company name and Chamber number written on it. If they wish, they can also get an activity certificate.
Our members who want to cancel their registration with our Chamber must submit a petition for withdrawal (a petition sample can be obtained from our Chamber) and documents indicating that their tax office registration has been deleted or that they have acquired the title of industrialist or that they are registered with other professional organizations established by law (Chamber of Pharmacists, SMMO). If the member has a debt, the registration deletion process is carried out after it is collected.
When our members terminate their commercial activities, they sever their ties with the Tax Office, Social Security and Regional Labor Directorates through their accountants, and forget to request the cancellation of their records in the Trade Registry Office and our chamber.
Since the member's registration with our chamber is not deleted, it causes the membership fee accruals to be indebted and the calculation of late payment interest. In addition; since our chamber's registrations are taken as basis with Bağ-Kur, our members are also indebted to this institution and there are problems in calculating their retirement periods.
When commercial activities are terminated, it will be in the interest of our members to cancel the Chamber registration.
In addition, the documents received from Bağ-Kur by members who want to cancel their registration with Bağ-Kur, whose health card visa has expired or who will retire are approved at the Chamber Registry Unit.
The Chamber Registry Unit may also provide copies of the information in the registry files upon request. It conveys to members the issues that individuals and institutions want to convey, and provides requested information about members to individuals and institutions.
The Chamber Registry Unit also provides the following documents to our members:
Chamber Registry Copy, Commercial Residence Certificate, Document Showing That There Is No Prohibition Decision Preventing Participation in State Tenders. It is a document showing whether companies are banned from participating in state tenders according to the State Tenders Law. Registration Plate, Verbal application is sufficient to obtain this document.
Chamber ID Card; 1 passport size photograph and National Identity Card must be presented.
Certificate of Reputation
It is a document showing whether the company (excluding A.Ş.) is in bankruptcy, liquidation or composition. In order to obtain this document, a petition must be written to the Kayseri Chamber of Commerce.
Partnership Certificate
It is a document showing who the partners of the company are. (Except for A.Ş.) In order to obtain this document, a petition must be written to the Zile Chamber of Commerce and Industry.
Document Proving That You Are Not Working Independently
When a member is requested to document whether he/she worked independently in his/her own name and account between the date he/she terminated his/her relations with the tax office and the date his/her registration was deleted from the Chamber of Commerce, the request is met in writing upon application to our Chamber with a petition.
