CONSTRUCTION MACHINERY REGISTRATION

Our Chamber carries out registration of construction equipment in order to register construction equipment belonging to private or legal persons that are not registered in traffic in accordance with the Highway Traffic Law, to form the basis for mobilization and war preparations, and to determine and continuously monitor the potential of existing construction equipment in the country in relation to homeland defense.

The documents required for registration of construction equipment are as follows:
- A petition requesting the registration of the construction equipment addressed to the Chamber (You can apply with a petition, the sample of which you will see under the title Documentation-Sample 7- Construction Equipment Registration Certificate in the Petition Samples Section.)
- Certificate of ownership of the work machine,
- Invoice (If the construction equipment is imported, in addition to the invoice, a customs entry declaration and a receipt showing that the customs duty has been paid.),
- Notary sales deed,
- Certificate of inheritance or ownership document obtained from the court,
(original or notarized copy of any of the documents mentioned above) is required.
- If a modification has been made to the machine, the invoice of the company that made the modification and the modification project prepared by the company and approved by the Provincial Directorate of Industry and Trade.,
- Technical document (If available, a technical document for the machine is requested, if not, the specified Technical document information is written in full and stamped and signed by the vehicle owners),
When these documents, which are subject to a fee, are given to the member, a fee is collected for the service determined by the Chamber Assembly.
