HISTORY:
The delegation of authority for the issuance of K type authorization certificates issued for companies that will carry out domestic goods transportation within the framework of the Highway Transportation Law No. 4925 and the Highway Transportation Regulation issued pursuant to this Law, through our Chambers to be determined by our Union, was realized based on the protocol signed on 21.09.2005 and renewed on 30.04.2011.
K WHAT IS AN AUTHORITY CERTIFICATE?
It is given to real and legal persons who will transport goods domestically for commercial purposes. It is divided into the following types according to the type of transportation.
- K1 Authorization Certificate: For those who will transport goods for commercial purposes,
- K2 Authorization Certificate: For those who will do private transportation,
- K3 Authorization Certificate: For those who will transport moving goods for commercial purposes,
is given.
HOW TO BUY?
Natural or legal persons who are obliged to obtain a Type K Authorization Certificate must apply to our Chambers where they are registered with tax offices and authorized to issue documents.
As of 17.05.2023, our Chamber has also been authorized regarding “K Documents”.
