KINFORMATION TEXT ON THE PROCESSING OF PERSONAL DATA

 

1. Purpose of the Information Text and the Data Controller Position of Our Chamber

Zile Chamber of Commerce and Industry has the title of "data controller" within the scope of the Law on the Protection of Personal Data No. 6698 ("Law") regarding personal data related to its members or website visitors; This Disclosure Text aims to inform its members and website visitors about the personal data processing activities carried out by our Chamber in accordance with the said Law.

 

2. Purpose of Processing Personal Data of Members and Visitors

Personal data of Chamber members and/or Chamber website visitors are processed within the framework of the personal data processing conditions and purposes specified in Articles 5 and 6 of the Law, including to ensure that relevant persons benefit from the services and content offered by our Chamber, to carry out the necessary work by the relevant business units and to carry out the relevant business processes, to carry out the activities carried out by the Chamber and to carry out the related business processes, to plan and execute the Chamber's commercial and/or business strategies, and to ensure the legal, technical and commercial occupational safety of the Chamber and relevant persons in business relations with the Chamber. 3. Personal Data to be Processed with the Explicit Consent of Members and Visitors and Purposes of Processing

Personal data to be processed in line with explicit consent and the purposes of processing are specified in the consent text.

 

4. Transfer of Personal Data of Members and Website Visitors

Personal data of our members and website visitors may be processed within the framework of the personal data processing conditions and purposes specified in Articles 8 and 9 of the Law, including to ensure that the relevant persons benefit from the services offered by the Chamber and to carry out the relevant business processes, to carry out the necessary work by the relevant business units to carry out the activities carried out by the Chamber and to carry out the related business processes, to plan and execute the commercial and/or business strategies of the Chamber, to plan and execute the activities required to ensure the legal, technical and commercial occupational safety of the Chamber and the relevant persons who have a business relationship with the Chamber, and to share them with our members, website visitors, legally authorized public institutions and organizations and private institutions.

 

5. Method of Collection of Personal Data and Legal Reason

Personal data is collected electronically from our members and visitors. Personal data collected for the legal reasons specified above may be processed and transferred for the purposes specified in Articles 5 and 6 of the Law and this Information Text and, where explicit consent is required, in the consent text.

 

6. Rights of Personal Data Owners

Data owners in accordance with Article 11 of the Law;

(i) To learn whether personal data about them is being processed,

(ii) Request information regarding the processing of personal data,

(iii) Learning the purpose of processing personal data and whether they are used in accordance with their purpose,

(iv) Knowing the third parties to whom personal data is transferred, whether domestically or abroad,

(v) to request correction of personal data if it is processed incompletely or incorrectly and to request that the process carried out in this context be notified to third parties to whom personal data has been transferred.,

(vi) Requesting the deletion or destruction of personal data in case the reasons requiring processing are eliminated, even though it has been processed in accordance with the law and other relevant legal provisions, and requesting that the process carried out within this scope be notified to third parties to whom the personal data has been transferred.,

(vii) to object to the emergence of a result against the person by analyzing the processed data exclusively through automatic systems, and

(viii) In case of damages due to unlawful processing of personal data, they have the right to demand compensation for the damages.

Requests regarding the use of these rights may be submitted by personal data owners through the methods specified by the Zile Chamber of Commerce and Industry under Law No. 6698 on the Processing and Protection of Personal Data.
