In accordance with Article 26 of the Law on Chambers and Commodity Exchanges of Turkey and Article 42 of the Chamber Transaction Regulation, a Tender Status Document is issued upon request. This document includes information regarding the member's title, address, capital, registration date, degree and field of activity.

In addition, information is provided on whether it is within the scope of the "reasons for exclusion from tender" included in the articles (a), (b) and (g) of the last paragraph of Article 10 of the Public Procurement Law No. 4734; whether it is bankrupt, in liquidation, its affairs are being carried out by the court, has declared composition, has suspended its affairs and is in a similar situation according to the provisions of the legislation in its own country; whether it has been declared bankrupt, has been subject to a compulsory liquidation decision, is under court administration due to debts to creditors or is in a similar situation according to the provisions of the legislation in its own country; whether it has been banned from professional activity by the Chamber it is registered in accordance with its legislation as of the tender date.
