Apprenticeship Contract Certification
It is the process of apprenticeship contracts being approved by our Chamber for students who work in workplaces that are members of our Chamber and receive education in Vocational Training Schools affiliated with the Ministry of National Education. According to the Vocational Education Law, in order for the apprentices employed by the businesses providing services in the professions within the scope of apprenticeship training in our province to enroll in the Vocational Education School; 4 apprenticeship contracts obtained from their schools must be filled out, signed and stamped by the parties, and the contracts received are registered and certified by our Chamber.
Termination of Apprenticeship Contract
It is the process of terminating the contract between the apprentice candidates whose apprenticeship contracts have been previously approved by our Chamber and their workplaces. The party requesting termination (the apprentice candidate's parent-guardian, himself/herself if he/she is an adult, or the employer) applies with a petition indicating the reason for the termination request, the apprentice candidate's name-surname, school and department, and with the apprenticeship contract in its appendix.
Certification of Master and Journeyman Certificate
It is the process of certifying the documents required for the employees of our members registered to our chamber to take the mastership and journeyman exams in order to obtain Mastership and Journeyman Certificates.
